I am blessed to teach the Government and Economics High School class at Scholeio along with Intro to Logic. This is my first year teaching at Scholeio and our family's ninth year homeschooling.

When we left private school to begin homeschooling, I was teaching 3rd-8th grade science. I've always loved learning and it is a joy to see kids making connections and getting excited to learn! While my passion for the sciences started young, homeschooling has brought me a new appreciation for history. In my free time I enjoy working in my garden, cooking new foods, and reading. Historical fiction has been my favorite genre since I was 12 years old, and I've recently loved Lynn Austin's biblical fiction novels.
