Handwriting

Hands-On Literature

Students will be using the Abeka Writing curriculum in conjunction with other fine motor activities to really hone in those handwriting skills and work those finger muscles!

In this class we will focus on hands-on activities that correspond with the book we read each week in Five in a Row.

There will be lots of dancing in this class! Students will have the opportunity to learn about rhythms and practice creating them with small instruments. This class will focus on following directions, moving, moving, moving, and having fun!

In phonics we will focus on learning letter sounds and sight words through games

and practice.
