How do I pay tuition and fees and when are the due dates? Acceptable forms of payment: Personal or cashier's check is the only payment method accepted at this time. Fees: - Registration Fee: Due upon receipt of invoice in order to secure a spot for your student. This is a one-time, per-year fee and is not duplicated if enrolling a student in more than one day. - Facility and supply fees: Due upon receipt of invoice OR combined into one (1) post-dated check for May 1st, 2025. - Volunteer buy-out (if applicable): Due upon receipt of invoice OR combined into one (1) post-dated check for May 1st, 2025. Tuition: - If choosing to pay-in-full, due upon receipt of invoice. - If choosing the payment plan, nine (9) separate check payments (one for each month, Aug 2025-April 2026, post-dated for the 1st of each month) are due upon receipt of invoice. If you are choosing the payment plan for multiple students, all monthly amounts can be combined.
What are the volunteering requirements? In order to successfully run this program, parent volunteerism is vital. Each family is required to volunteer once a semester (two times per scholastic year) per academic day enrolled (Wednesday and/or Monday). - For example, if you have a student enrolled on Wednesdays and Mondays, the volunteer requirement would be two (2) times per year on Wednesdays and two (2) times per year on Mondays. Volunteering can only be fulfilled by mom. Volunteers are generally helping with our Levels K and 1 and that can involve bathroom help from time to time. We comply with the church's ministry policy when it comes to those situations and it is the best way for us to align with that. We understand that there are unique situations which limits a parent’s availability to fulfill this requirement, so we offer an option to “buy-out” of this requirement. Families with High School only students are exempt from volunteering. However, if you would like to volunteer, we will gladly accept your participation.
Do you offer tours of the facility? No, we not set up to allow for tours of the facility. We are limited by space as well as having a staff member on site to be dedicated to a visiting family. It is also our policy to only allow teachers and two parent volunteers each week on campus for security reasons.
